It’s been quite some time since I last shared my playlists, and keep finding new great finds! I had a good week or two where the Spotify Weekly Discovery playlist was on point!
I want to specifically call out “Mansion” by NF. I love the lyrics, and feel they are so beautifully descriptive of what it feels like to live with PTSD. When I was in high school, I went through a drawing period where I would illustrate myself alone in a room with writing all over the walls. (looking back now, I realize I was depressed… and probably already experiencing issues with my PTSD that I wouldn’t recognize for another 8 years.) That being said, the visuals in that song are incredibly powerful to me.
