Ahhhh! I know I just used a terrible marketing cliche. But seriously, I am head over heels for Jamberry. If you haven’t heard of this product, these are essentially fingernail (or toenail) stickers/wraps. I was initially wary of this trend, as I wasn’t very sold on how well they would work. See, I have really short nails… the curse of the habitual nail biter. I absolutely hate this bad habit, but have struggled to kick it over the years. The only time I can behave is when I have a nice manicure, and I just love it when my nails look nice!
A dream come true?
The main issue is that I don’t have the money or really even the patience to get consistent professional manicures, even if I love the way they look. I try doing my own nails at home, but the polish always chips within the first day. I don’t know if im just that hard on my nails, or if its that way for everyone, but as soon as it chips, it drives me nuts!
It wasn’t until I went to Pine Ridge and was working in the kitchen with a woman who was wearing Jamberry nails that I realized that these things were tougher than they seem. A whole week of cooking, dishes, and playing outdoors with kids and her manicure was flawless. I was sold.
I tentatively made my first purchase, and was immediately impressed at how easy they were to use and maintain. For the first time in awhile, I was in love with my nails! I held off on the excitement, however, until I had a chance to see how removal went. Needless to say, it was just as easy… and I was sold!
The best part
I may have mentioned that I am a HUGE HALLOWEEN FANATIC. Maybe once. Or twice. So when I went to order more nails and saw they had just released their Halloween stickers, I nearly squealed in excitement! So yes… those are jack o’ lantern toes. I LOVE IT!
And I am also excited to announce that I will be releasing a different Halloween Costume tutorial every week in October! I’ve been working hard to get the first one ready and honestly had to tame down the multitude of ideas running rampant in my head. So for sure one every week, and perhaps even some bonus items to boot.
No, Jamberry has not paid for this post, nor provided free product. I just really really love them! But… I’d totally take some freebies… just sain’!
